Tai Chi Fall Prevention Part II

In this six week program, students will continue to gain skill in the core movements and will learn expanded movements including brush knee, play the lute, and push the mountain (amongst others). If you’ve taken Tai Chi for Fall Prevention (or Tai Chi for Arthritis) before, this is a great opportunity to refresh yourself with this form. Students should dress comfortably.
