Tai Chi Fall Prevention Part 1

This easy-to-learn, safe, and effective program uses fluid, gentle movements based on Sun style Tai Chi and is characterized by an upright posture and a ‘follow step.’ Studies have shown this Tai Chi form improves balance, mobility, flexibility, strength, decreases arthritis pain, and reduces falls, especially in older adults. In this four week program, students will learn the six basic core movements. Great for beginners of all ages, levels of mobility, and skill levels. Students should dress comfortably. Please note there will be no class on 9/24.
