Do you have crustophobia? With the right tools, a good recipe and a little knowledge, you can be cured. Our instructor has a background in baking restaurant quality pies, and will share online with you her experience and tips for baking a flaky, tasty crust. We will share a supply list so that you can be ready to make this at home!
*Please provide a current working email address when registering for this course. This class will occur via ZOOM, Google Meets, or WebEx and you will be sent a link prior to the first night of class. The technology requirements for this class are a good internet connection and a tablet, a smartphone, a laptop, or a desktop computer with a microphone and camera.
