Meditation for Stress Reduction

Does your mind constantly race? Wind down and take some time for yourself. This course will use guided imagery, breath work, and mindful awareness to enable you to settle into meditation. Find a pattern that works for you that you can use on your own to enhance your busy and often stressful life. Please bring a throw, shawl, or blanket to wrap up in. You may also bring a cushion to sit on if you like.
