Cooking with Fresh Herbs

Love fresh herbs but never know how much or how little to use? Scared to use the wrong type of herb in your cooking? Fear no more! This class will introduce fresh herbs to your meals with classics like chicken salad with tarragon, and roasted vegetables with rosemary, as well as a delicious light beverage made with mint! Samples will be available and each student will go home with copies of the recipes to share and make again! A materials fee of $5 is due to the instructor at first class.
